Customise doesn’t work (got Pro)

    Hello,

    I have PPWP Pro in my staging website, and Lite in the Live website. In both sites customise works partially, for example, I can edit the size of the form or the color of the box, but the color of the text won’t change. If I change the password label, the change doesn’t appear. Description Below the Form doesn’t work either.

    What explained here doesn’t apply:

    There’s no plugin conflict, hosting caching is deactivated, no caching plugin is installed, there is no menu issue or 500 error and your final solution doesn’t work.

    It wasn’t working when I had the Lite version, I bought the Pro and still doesn’t work.

    Can you help?

    Hello,

    thank you for your quick answer. Our IT guy flushed the database and then the plugin started to work correctly. It’s not clear to me how, but it’s something you may find useful to check.
