    Hi @tanmay-kumar-das,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Some of the information in this tutorial is outdated.?
Our newer versions of the plugin have made the process of adding the latest version of the tracking code automatic, eliminating the need for manual intervention.

Can you confirm that you have installed the latest version of?HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat?plugin??
    The current latest version is?10.1.28

Once you have the correct version installed, you will need to connect the plugin to your HubSpot account. You can do this by signing in through the WordPress left sidebar. Just click on “Hubspot,” and it will take you to the sign-in page.

After successfully signing in, the plugin should start capturing non-HubSpot form submissions and sending them to your HubSpot account.

Let me know if this resolves the issue. Feel free to reach out if you have any further problems or questions.

    Best Regards,
    Gearoid

    Hi Gearoid

    Thanks for you reply

I followed the new method and connected Hubspot

    https://prnt.sc/w2DeuV4k6ufy

Non Hubspot form collection is turned on too

    https://prnt.sc/XQIDuAlcrPFm

But the contact / lead still isn’t going to Hubspot

Do we need to add any specific ID on additional information?

By the way we tested it after updating the plugin

    Hey @tanmay-kumar-das,

I submitted some test submissions using the forms on that page, and I was able to successfully view the submissions in the Forms tab within Hubspot.

Since the forms on your website are non-HubSpot forms, they will appear as new forms in the forms table. Form “#CollentedForm .elementor-form, .elementor-form-waiting” and “#newsletter .elementor-form, .elementor-form-waiting”.

Here’s why: the HubSpot tracking code intercepts the form “submit” event and sends the submission to HubSpot, along with the form’s HTML identifiers. The first time you receive a submission for a non-HubSpot form, HubSpot will automatically create the form for you—there’s no need to manually create it. It uses these identifiers as the default name.

You should be able to see any new contacts from form submissions in the Contacts Tab.

I hope this explanation resolves your issue. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to reach out.

    Best Regards,
    Gearoid

    Hi @gsugrue

Thanks so much for checking this for us.

Could you let me know how long it takes to pass the entry to Hubspot?

I submitted a couple of test entries about 30min ago but they haven’t gone to Hubspot yet..

    Thanks again

    Hi @tanmay-kumar-das,

    Submissions should appear quickly.

What browser are you using? Do you have any plugins installed that could be interfering? Could you try a submission from another browser?

If the issue persists, please record a HAR file of a form submission and send it to our support email at [email protected]. The HAR file will allow us to analyze the network requests made during your submission attempt and help pinpoint any potential issues.

Here are instructions on how to capture a HAR file.

    Best Regards,
    Gearoid
