[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Error 404 – Not Found – gallery in album view

I am also having the same problem – gallery in album view is not linking. I am using multisite function and the administrator site where the photos live are rendering “page not found” when trying to link.

I have the same issue :
If I insert an album (compact or extended) with the shortcode [album id=3 template=extend], it pulls up the list of galleries fine, but when you click one it goes to a 404 error message.

I can insert iderctly a gallery in my page with [nggallery id=4] and the gallery renders properly.

I noticed that bug is present with my theme ( clockstone ) but not with the “twenty eleven” by default theme.

Yeah, i have the same problema.

Some idea?

I also have the exact same issue, is it somehow related to the permalinks? I’m using default

Ok I got this working and it was not due to permalinks in my case
(1)Create a NextGen gallery
(2)Create a page where you include the gallery
(3)Gallery – Manage Gallery – Choose your Gallery from (1) ‘Page Link to’ choose page from (2)
(4)Add gallery to album
(5)Gallery – Options – Gallery ‘Deactivate Gallery page link’ ‘The album will not link to a gallery subpage. The gallery is shown on the same page’ – Uncheck this
