    Hello, I have a question regarding point exchange, for example: point A converts to point B. If I set the exchange value to 10, the system displays: 1 A = 0.1 B Is there a way to make it display 10 A = 1 B? Is it possible to exchange groups of 10 points A at a time?

    Furthermore, is there a way to translate the text that appears using a free plugin or manually? If so, which file should I modify? I tried using LocoTranslate, but unfortunately, it creates a conflict and the translations are not loaded.

    You can use mycred_exchange shortcode to exchange points between different users based on the exchange rate. In addition, you can use mycred_apply_exchange_rate filter to calculate the cost of an order in points. You can use it as per your requirement.

    Yes, you can easily translate texts using myCred free plugin and Loco Translate plugin manually. We have tested it on numerous occasions the translation works perfectly fine. You might be doing some mistake in translating the text or not following the correct procedure.
