    Hello

    This has been stuck for days in 0% and I cannot cancel it so I cannot use the plugin

    The backup cancellation works on top of WordPress cron. It is recommended that you check and make sure the cron system of the website works properly.

    In addition, you can adjust the plugin settings as suggested in this doc to increase success rate of backup tasks.

    Thank you. Unfortunately I don’t know what this means about the cron system. Would maybe the backup be cancelled if I delete and reinstall the plugin?

    @angelosbg Reinstalling the plugin is a workaround. But to completely solve the issue, you still need to make sure the cron system works properly. You can reach out to your web host for help.
