• I was quite happy with the newsletter mailing, but it stopped as, out of the blue, my RSS feed was no longer valid. As I am on a free plugin, I only had access to a chatbot to try to find a solution. Which told me that I had to upgrade to a paid version, so they could connect me with someone that might be able to give a solution….

    I would say, first solve the problem and then I might consider upgrading (as there are only a limited amount of mailings one can send anyway as free version, so eventually one would have to upgrade anyway). Due to this total lack of customer services they lose out on a future paying customer. I have decided to move to another provider.
