Version 6.14 breaks my site

There were NO errors regarding cleantalk in my error log in WordPress.

I am currently using Cleantalk version 6.13 with no apparent problems.

I’ve tried to duplicate the problem on my staging site, however, I have had no luck. The new version 6.14 appears to work on my staging site, so there might be something else going on. Since my staging site is NOT exactly the same as my live site, I’ll need to create a new stage to work with. Will report results here.

OK, I just created a new stage and YES, Cleantalk is the cause of the errors. Many missing images. Appears the source of the image is being changed. Here is an example of one image: “data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7”

I’m having the same problem with v6.14, but only for visitors that are not logged in. If I am logged in as a customer or an admin (I haven’t tested other roles) the problems go away. The problems include images not loading, menus not working, text and feature blocks missing, some pages missing everything in the content area so they show up blank. https://www.mylifeforceenergy.com

I’ve rolled back to v6.13 and the problems go away completely. For now I have auto-update disabled for CleanTalk Anti-Spam.

Had same problem on all my websites running CleanTalk Anti-Spam, and they all use same theme. I rolled back all of them to v6.13 and all is well. Please rollout the fix to the normal updates facilitated by WordPress. I’ll run v6.13 until then due to time limitations which this problem has added to.

The fixed archive mentioned above should correct the Anti-Spam functions and resolve the issue.

I did not try it so I cannot say. Please roll that update out through the normal WP plugin update process, I’ll be waiting until then as I’ve currently rolled back to v6.13.
