    Hello!
Two days later, after receiving only one email a day (they sent me only one delaying message in the chat since Sunday), ThemeGrill now has a way to log into my site for troubleshooting, and nothing was done. My pages are still not visible – can’t send my prospects and clients to those pages. ThemeGrill doesn’t seem to support their paying clients anymore. I had this theme since 2017. Am I the only one in this situation?

    Hello!
How do I access the content in the theme dashboard of the three pages that don’t show, so that I can use the WP template instead?

Are you guys closing shop, because I have to test my website on other themes, if that’s the case.

I was able to identify the problem and Barsha assisted me.
The Business template can no longer see the Business Bottom Sidebar, which is the main content of the page.

They don’t know the cause, yet, but I found the current content through the WP widgets, I changed from Business to Default template, and I used the WP editor to update the content.

Now, my pages are showing correctly.

I’ll still leave this here, because I would like to hear from ThemeGrill, with their finings after the investigation. Barsha seems to be Jack of all trades in that company, I see her on all their social media and all the emails I receive.

It makes me wonder if, after 6 years, I should stay with them or move to Divi, where they hire a great support team, especially for these situations.

    The story continues.

ThemeGrill assumed that I didn’t know how to use the Business template, although I explained that these were existing pages, not new pages.

Correction: I had these pages setup in 2017, never touched the template, because I needed the lead magnet form on top of those pages and this template (I was told) is the only one to accommodate that.

ThemeGrill didn’t give me an interim solution – I found it.

After changing the template (which still doesn’t work), how do I use the lead magnet form in the header, is now my next question.

    Hi @llyanestanfield,

Sorry for the inconvenience you have faced with the Spacious theme on your end. Also, you already have already contacted us via the live chat support and we have responded to your support topic there related to the Business Bottom Sidebar and other query with the header images, I suggest you continue the converstaion there.

    Regards
