    Hi everyone,

    Thank you for this wonderful plugin.

    I am facing this problem – when I submit a payment and the transaction is successful, there is no message that the transaction is ok.

    I only use Stripe payment.

    There are buttons for test and live mode.

    I am using the Elementor widget. When the payment is cancelled or unsuccessful – there is a text that says “Payment Failed” but when the payment is successful – there is only an empty page.

    Regarding your issue, can you please check if you have the latest version of the Better Payment plugin or not and let me know so that I can assist you further?

    The latest version is v0.0.5 for Better Payment. If you are using an old version I would like to suggest you to update the plugin to the new version and check again.

    Thank you for the fast response .

    I’ve installed the Plugin today and the version is 0.0.5 .

    You can try the donation page with Stripe’s testing cards :

    The plugin is in testing mode right how

    Regarding your query, I checked the latest version on my end and found the after payment procedure is working fine and it’s showing the Payment Successful message. For reference please check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/3c99X4

    As you are facing the issue it will be great if you can share the settings of your BetterPayment and the widget. You can just share screenshots of the settings or share a screencast so that I can check the settings of your website for better understanding. For reference please check the screencasts below –

    By the way this is second site with the same problem I have . The other one is with different theme but it is using Elementor too.

    And the result after payment is the same.

    If it is important – there is no email to me or the donation person.

    I tried to check the video URL you provided above but it says “Video Unavailable – This video is private”. It will be great if you can share a viewable video or screencast so that I can check and assist you better.

    Also, regarding your issue, our Dev Team did a fix and I am going to share the plugin Dev version with you so that you can download it from here and install it manually, check and let me know if your issue is solved or not.

    2. Installed the new plugin and it is working fine now – the successful payment with transaction number is shown.
