• I buy the premium version to have support for my theme because there bundle was now compatible they said me that they can fix the issue , its will take 24/48h its been 2 week and they don′t reply to my email anymore

    We’re sorry for the inconvenience and troubles caused to you due to our slow support speed.

    However, I have checked our system on wpc.ticksy.com but found only 1 support ticket with your domain wecreate.com. No ticket was submitted for your domain under the WPC Product Bundles plugin at all.

    Could you please share with us your ticket number on Ticksy so that we can check?

    There are some cases when the tickets were accidentally pushed down the line so we could not read them anymore or marked as closed by mistake. That’s why I always remind users to create a new ticket so that I can help them check the progress with our developers if they do not receive helps within 48 hours or more. I always send this note in my last response before sending the original ticket with all the credentials to our developers.
