Problem with WooCommerce / WP Bakery, hides rest of page & footer

I cannot share the link as the site is in build and hidden, but I am building a site that uses WP Bakery in the page layout, and I am using the Woo “Product Category” block on a page. However it seems to stop anything at all below it on the page – including the entire footer – from appearing. Is this problem familiar to anyone and is there a fix?
