One missing item from feed

Can you share with us screenshots of all pages of your feed configuration so we can see how you configured your feed?

Can you also share the URL of the product that you are missing from your feed?

Can you disable the “Refresh only when products changed” and try refreshing your feed?

Tried and it’s still not there.

In that case the issue at hand must be caused by the filters you created. Can you try removing them one by one and reprocess your feed after each one you remove to see what filter is causing the issue at hand?

So I have just deleted all the rules and refreshed the feed but it is still the same. It is like the feed is not refreshing at all.

1. Are you perhaps using a caching plugin or doing some server-side caching?
2. Can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can tell if your feed is still processing? This is how you can retrieve it: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

I am using Siteground which has it’s own caching but I think it’s switched off on staging which I am using. I deleted the feed and started again with the same rules and it seems to be working now.

Now try making a change to the configuration of the new feed you created, for example add a field mapping. Than refresh your feed / processing. When the change you made is not showing in your feed than you are indeed experiencing a caching issue.

I just did that and it’s appearing. Very strange. It all seems to be working now. Thanks for your help.
