    Hi @jordiay321

The logs you provided indicate that there was an error processing the payment, which caused the order status to change from ‘Pending’ to ‘Failed’. However, it seems that the system then automatically changed the status to ‘Processing’ and finally to ‘Completed’.

There could be a few reasons for this. It might be a caching issue, a conflict with another plugin or theme, or a problem with the payment gateway settings.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    • Clear your cache: Sometimes, caching issues can cause unexpected behavior in WooCommerce. Try clearing your website’s cache and see if that resolves the issue. You can also clear WooCommerce cache too (Go to WooCommerce → Status → Tools and clear WooCommerce transients, Expired transients, and Clear template cache).
    • Check for conflicts: Disable all other plugins except WooCommerce, Payment gateway plugin, and switch to the default Storefront theme. If this solves the problem, it means there’s a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme. You can then reactivate them one by one to identify the culprit. You can find a more detailed explanation of conducting a conflict test here.
    • Check your payment gateway settings: Make sure that your payment gateway is correctly set up and that it’s compatible with your version of WooCommerce. If you’re using a third-party payment gateway, you might need to contact their support for assistance.
    • Enable WooCommerce debug mode: This can help you get more detailed error messages which can help in diagnosing the problem. You can enable this detailed guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-product-search/api/debugging/

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please get back to us with more information. We’ll need to know the exact steps that customers are taking when they encounter this issue, as well as any error messages that are displayed.

Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here. This will help us investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
