the theme im usen is missing the woocommers product page comment tab how can i a

I’m using the xCommerce theme and run in to a little problem.
on the woocommers product page the comment tab is missing.
If i activate a different theme the comment tab comes back.

So my guess is that xCommerce theme is missing a bit of code somewhere.
Could someone point me in the right direction on how to add the comment part code to the xCommerce theme
