layerswitch options not considered

    I just stumbled across two problems with layerswitch.

    1. Attribution is not shown for layers defined in tileswitch
    2. Options for layers defined in tileswitch such as “maxZoom: 17” for OpenTopoMap are not considered

    That used to work, but it doesn’t anymore. I think I have fixed the problem. Can you please give me for testing the options how you define OpenTopoMap?

    For the record, I also tested attribution without HTML code, but that did not make a difference

    Thank you very much, this works on my test page. You can test it, but there is bug in Leaflet Map, I made a PR.

    And I found another bug in layerswitch.

    maxZoom doesn’t work yet. Please wait for the next push to Github.
