  • Hi @opencaravan

May I know if there are any changes prior to getting this error? Or any triggers (steps you did) before you encounter it?

I recommend the following to resolve the issue:

    1. Update the Plugin: Ensure that your WooCommerce Affirm plugin is up-to-date. If not, update it to the latest version.
    2. Update WooCommerce and WordPress: Check if your WooCommerce and WordPress versions are up-to-date. If not, please update them.
    3. Reinstall the Plugin: If the problem still persists, you might want to consider uninstalling and reinstalling the WooCommerce Gateway Affirm plugin.
    3. You may do a conflict test to also check if it’s a conflicting theme/plugin. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If you’re not comfortable doing all of this on the live version of your site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.

    Before you start

Please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.

If the issue persists, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment. You can find this by navigating to WooCommerceStatus → select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    I hope it helps!
