I guess I must do something wrong (or didn’t understand the docs) ??
I thought it would be possible to automagically create and send licenses at a certain order-status-change, but I don’t seem to be able to get it working ??
Is it possible? And if so… what settings should I “set” and how?

    Hey @spithost ,

To automatically generate licenses when order transitions into certain status you need to define the status in License Manager > Settings > WooCommerce (top most section is for defining the statuses). This is usually Processing or Completed (or both).

Now when editing a product, depending what is your source for the licenses for that product, you need set “License Source” to either “Provide licenses by using generator” or “Provide licenses from stock” in the License Manager tab and also enabling “Sell Licenses” is required. See screenshot.

If selecting the “Provide licenses from stock” option in product settings, then you must have licenses that have the “Active” status and product_id assigned to the product that you are editing.

If selecting the “Provide licenses by using generator” then you are required to select which generator should be used.

Please confirm that you have those settings configured correctly or open a ticket request at our support center if you think there is an error or still have the issue.

    Best Regards,
    Darko
