    Hello

    just a question about how reliable the IP tracking is…
    I had an email for a Site lockout for too many bad login attempts. When i click the IP it says they are located in nottingham and gives their organisation, etc.
    However, when i go to iptrackeronline direct (not via the ithemes email) and search the IP, it gives me a different location and set of details.

    Which should you trust?

    After reaching out to our developer, it seems the IP addresses should not be different. This seems to a cache issue.

    Could you please try to do a conflict test with the cache disabled?

    I forgot to reply, but if you put in any IP it would always show a different location when your search it on the website compared to the email the plugin sends with the offending IP
