Plugin for request a quote

I am using YITH Request a Quote for Woocommerce plugin (free version). I need an option on the site to access the list of products to be quoted in the header, next to the menu or in a top bar. Something similar to what this site has from the “Quotation” link, at the top right, next to the Search link: https://viacotone.com/

In theory you can with a paid version of the plugin.

Do you know of any other plugin that offers this possibility in its free version?
