From what I understand, you’re getting daily emails about a fatal error caused by the WooCommerce plugin on your WordPress site.

The error notification you are receiving is part of WordPress’s built-in feature designed to alert you when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your website. In this case, it appears that the WooCommerce plugin is causing an issue.

There could be several reasons for this error, such as compatibility issues with other plugins or themes, outdated plugin versions, or issues with your hosting environment. Here’s how we can troubleshoot this:

    1. Plugin Conflict: Disable all other plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If the error stops, enable the plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the conflict.
    2. Theme Conflict: Try switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront. If the issue resolves, the problem might be with your current theme.
    3. Update Plugin: Ensure that your WooCommerce plugin is up-to-date. Outdated versions may have bugs or compatibility issues that have been fixed in newer versions.
    4. Check Hosting Environment: Some hosting environments may not have the necessary requirements for WooCommerce to function correctly. Check your PHP version and memory limit. WooCommerce recommends PHP 7.2 or greater and a memory limit of at least 128MB.

Here’s a helpful guide on how to test for conflicts: ?? How to Test for Plugin and Theme Conflicts

In case none of the above steps work, could you send us a copy of your site’s System Status? This will give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and help us pinpoint the problem. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve got that, you can paste them right here in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com/ to paste it there and share it with us.

Thanks for your patience and cooperation. I’m looking forward to your response so we can resolve this issue for you.
