Hi, I backed up my live site after help from this forum (see https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/backup-failed-at-0-progress/)

I now want to restore into my test subdomain however the restore just stops. The log shows:

    Hello @alan1950 ,

You need to increase the memory_limit variable in your php.ini configuration, most recommended value for you is “128M”.

Please upload the backup file manually to the destination site, and then run Restore. You can manage all of this from the plugin section “Manage & Restore Backups”.

If the problem persists, please share the new debug log.

    Kind regards

Hi MixHa, thank you for your reply (and apologies for not replying to my previous support post – I missed the email notification completely)

I am having trouble finding the php.ini file and so have passed on a ticket to my host provider, so it may be a couple of days before I try your solution.

    Best wishes

    Alan

    Hey @alan1950 ,

Thank you for the update. This is the relevant part of the log that you provided earlier:

    [INFO] [2023-08-03 15:19:00] Memory limit (server): 128M
    [INFO] [2023-08-03 15:19:00] Memory limit (wp-config): 40M
    [INFO] [2023-08-03 15:19:00] Memory limit (wp-config admin): 256M

You can check with your hosting provider the real value of your server, and if you have 256M available, then you could level all these limits to that value.

    Kind regards
