    Hello,

    I’m trying the plugin, and have an issue to join the zoom meeting by the Browser, when we join its show a black window, and we do not see the host and anything…

    Via the App its working

    I have the last version of your plugin.

    The error on the console : Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: The play method is not allowed by the user agent or the platform in the current context, possibly because the user denied permission.

    3. Use a different browser: If the issue persists, try using a different web browser to see if the problem is specific to your current browser.
    4. Test on different devices: If possible, try joining the Zoom meeting from a different device (e.g., a different computer) to see if the issue is specific to one device.

    If none of these steps work, it’s possible that there may be a compatibility issue between the eRoom plugin and third-party plugins on your site. In this case, they should be disabled temporarily to find the root of the issue.
