Cannot Add Variable Product To Cart

I can’t add a variant of the product to the cart. It works with a simple product. However, I get a strike-out circle and an arrowhead when I hover over any of the variations. This function was working fine before. I believe it was after an update that the issue appeared. I was notified by a customer that they were not allowed to purchase certain items. The ability to purchase products with variables is somehow disabled. I noticed an older post in the community section with a similar issue but It doesn’t offer a fix or solution for my particular problem.

From what I understand, you’re experiencing difficulties with your WooCommerce plugin, particularly with product variations. This could be due to several reasons, including a recent update or a possible conflict with another plugin or theme.

Thank you for providing the System Status. It appears that your site is using WooCommerce Payments, and there’s a known issue with the latest version where users are unable to add variable products to the cart.

I could really use some help here. My site is broken and I don’t know what to do to get it fixed. I have lost data & money because I tried to restore my site with an older backup of the site hoping to go back to the site before the plugin update. Needless to say it didn’t work. So now I have and older version of my site running but my customers still can’t buy anything that is a variable product. Please help!!!!

I have good news for you. As of now, WooCommerce Payments version 6.3.0 is already available. In the changelog, it states that it includes a fix for the error while selecting product variations (Fix – Fix error while selecting product variations), which seems to be the exact issue you’re facing.

To update to this version, please follow these steps:

2. Look for WooCommerce Payments in the list, and click ‘Update Now‘ next to it.
