  • Hi @nkwebdesign

When I am on my computer screen, WooCommerce looks good, but when I am on my iPhone, there are dots on my screen. What is wrong?

From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with your WooCommerce site on your iPhone, where you’re seeing dots on your screen. I’ve taken the time to check your site on my end, but I wasn’t able to replicate the issue you’re experiencing.

This could be due to a number of reasons. It might be a temporary issue with your phone’s browser cache or a compatibility issue with the specific version of iOS you’re using. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

    1. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, your browser stores outdated or corrupted files, which can cause display issues. Clearing your browser cache might resolve this issue.
    2. Check your site on a different device: If possible, try to access your site on a different mobile device to see if the issue persists.
    3. Update your device’s operating system: If your device’s operating system is outdated, it might cause compatibility issues with some websites. Please ensure that your device is up-to-date.
    4. Disable any recently installed plugins: If you’ve recently installed or updated any plugins, they might be causing the issue. Try disabling them one by one to see if the issue resolves.
    5. Check your theme: Sometimes, themes can cause display issues on different devices. Try switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront to see if the issue persists.

If you’ve gone through these steps and are still experiencing the issue, please get back to us with more information such as the specific iPhone model you’re using and the browser version. This will help us further investigate the problem.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to resolving this issue for you promptly.

    Hi @nkwebdesign

I changed theme so all good now

I’m thrilled to hear you’ve successfully resolved your issue by switching the theme. Sometimes, themes can trigger display problems across various devices due to compatibility issues with all screen sizes or operating systems. So, it’s fantastic that you’ve discovered a solution that fits your needs.

For future reference, I’d suggest testing any new themes or plugins on a staging site before rolling them out on your live site. This approach allows you to spot and fix any potential problems before they impact your visitors.

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. However, if you ever have more questions or issues in the future, don’t hesitate to kick off a new topic.

I hope you have a wonderful day!
