Cut off times for Guaranteed by 1pm

    We are interested in adding the Guaranteed by 1pm option to our delivery but do you know the cut off times? If someone orders late at night, they’ll expect their parcel by 1pm the following day but this is not possible as it wouldn’t get posted till the following morning and so wouldn’t arrive by 1pm that day – it would be the following day.
    Is there any way to control this?

  • HI@3bsstudio, we don’t know the time of the cut-off. It would be the best if you contacted Royal Mail directly and got this information from them.

    There is an option how to hide the shipping method ‘Guaranteed by 1pm’ when a customer orders at a specific time of a day, e.g. after 3 pm. However, it is our PRO version Conditional Shipping Methods. However, we are not allowed to discuss our premium plugins here due to WordPress repository rules.
