How to change the entry page and make an interal blog

I am using my wordpress page as a website and would like to have an internal blog. Currently the entry page (from the url https://www.proabstractllc.com) looks and acts like a blog. I want to have a blog as an internal link and the entry page static (not looking like a blog). I currently have the url redirected to an internal page called “home” so that looks fine but I can’t figure out how to make an internal blog or to make the original entry page linked from a static page. It currently looks like a static page with the option to leave comments.

How can I switch these two pages? godaddy is currently hosting the webpage and I can’t find the pages I have made in the file manager.
