How do I make a Gray Text box in Twenty Ten?

Hi, I would like to put quotations on my blog that uses the Twenty Ten theme, and I see from the Preview page:
https://wp-themes.com/twentyten/?TB_iframe=true&width=1149&height=703that it is possible to have text in a box with a gray background.
How do I do this please?
