[Plugin: Contact Form 7 Calendar] Making datepicker a required field

because you’re using it wrong.
you need to call it like this:
[cf7cal your-date] or [cf7cal* your-date]

I got it working thanks to this post, but can’t get the calendar to go back Dec 31 of this year…. I’m on version 3.01 does that have something to do with it? I’d welcome ideas on how to get it to go into the future.

i don’t understand exactly what you’re trying to do, but if you’re unable to pick a date or scroll months, you might have some javascript conflicts in your theme.

I can’t go farther in advance than Dec 31, 2010… I need to be able to go into 2011 and beyond.

you have 1 jquery error and 18 errors related to the calendar.

german version of the plugin has errors – shows a lot of “undefined” messages in the date picker.

How do I get the picked calendar day to show up in the admin’s email message? Not clear of this. I added [cf7cal inputname] to the Contact form and the user can pick a date, however, it is not being processed to the receiver of the email.

Please help.

@donstevens , the date does get processed in the email, just need to add to email template as: [inputname]

please could someone look into the contact2 tab on my website and explain why the date field is displaying a text instead of a dropdown date.thanks
