I have 2 feeds because we have so many products.

I added a field mapping for <g:shipping> to <Shipping> to one of my feeds and now the feed won’t generate anymore. It flashes 0% for several seconds and then stops. The other feed still generates fine.

We are using WooCommerce with Table Rate shipping.

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Changes are that adding the shipping costs to your feed is causing the plugin to use more memory or cpu usage than allowed by your server settings and as a result the feed gets stuck/blocked processing.

Can you try lowering the batch size of the plugin from the default 750 products to a much lower number, lets say 250, so it uses less server resources? This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/

    Hope this helps?

I dropped the number of products in the batch size all the way down to 10 and it still stops processing after a few seconds.

Is there anything else I could try?

Did you already check out the WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last few days to see if there are any errors in there related to maximum execution times or maximum CPU/memory usage? This is where you can find those error logs: https://woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

Assuming the issue has been resolved and our help is no longer required we will close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
