If so, can you please clarify what happens when clicking on “Reload”?

Also, I’d like to have a better understanding of your sites current environment, as well as any errors being produced. Please can you share the following:

• System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
• Console errors: Please share any errors you may identify when inspecting the console on the page experiencing the issue.

Thanks for sharing the above.

As a first step, I’d suggest deleting WooCommerce,?downloading a fresh copy?here, and the installing this to see if it makes any difference.

If not, then I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to check if any theme/plugin conflicts are possibly causing the issue
