I installed WCAPF plugin and it’s working with default shop page. In my website I use Divi plugin and create custom theme for shop page. I see the filters in side panel but it doesn’t filter products. It looks like the filters and products are not connected. Is there a way to connect it?

    Hi @jamesdio

I suppose you are trying the Divi’s Shop module, the Shop module uses the woocommerce [products] shortcode, instead of rendering the products using the main query. There is no way to connect the filters with the shortcode rendered products on the product archive pages. I suggest you create a custom shortcode that renders the shop loop or products using the main product query, in that case I suppose the filters would work.

It appears that there has been no further activity or response regarding your inquiry about using WCAPF filters on your custom Divi shop page. Based on our last interaction, I provided guidance on the limitations of the Divi Shop module and suggested creating a custom shortcode to potentially enable the filters to work as intended.
