    Hi,

I have linked some products to a specific product page, adding them manually, one by one.

I would like to repeat the same procedure for other products, without having to do it manually. Is there any way to copy and paste the whole ‘linked product’ section to other product pages? Otherwise, is there any plugin that can help?

I have read about Product Table but doesn’t seem to work.

    Thank you!

  • Hi there,

The only way of linking multiple items at once would be to create a category, which can contain various items – all of them would be upvoted at once -. Otherwise, if you’re linking items on a product-by-product basis, it would be necessary to manually link them.

Hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Best Regards,

    Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply!

The categories have been created already. In fact, I need to link the products from category A to each product present in category B.

Can you please explain how to proceed?

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi,

In ‘Product data’ there is a tab called Linked Products. I am inserting all the products manually by name. All these products are grouped into a specific category.

Is there any way to speed up this process? I need to link this group of products to other single ones.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Thank you for your message.

I believe there must be a plugin that allows users to link group of products.

Please also find the screenshot attached.

    Thank you!

As mentioned before, our plugin can only sync products and categories/tags from your store. We cannot create new categories(groups) of products within the app.

If you want to link groups of products to some choices at once, you will have to:

    1) Create these categories/tags of products in WooCommerce first (they can be hidden categories, not visible in your online store), then

    2) sync them with the app (https://revenuehunt.com/faqs/products-collections-not-showing-choices-dropdown/) and

    3) link these new tags/categories of products to choices in the quiz via the Link Categories tab.

    Hope this clears things up!

The screenshot sent does not seem to be of any settings section inside our app and I’m not sure what it does.
