    We have total of 04 leads. 03 are created by Vipul Mahajan & 01 is created by Tranum Kaur.
    02 are associated to Vipul Mahajan & 02 are associated to Tranum Kaur

    Concern is:
    It is showing Mine(3). But is must show Mine(2) as only 02 are associated to Vipul Mahajan. Kindly help.

    I see from your screenshot that you’re speaking of the mine option in the breadcrumb, but I don’t think it quite works that way. This logic is related to who created the original lead not who the lead is assigned to.

    Thank you for your response. Can you please create one more breadcrumb filter where

    user can see leads assigned to him/her. This will allow user to follow up on the leads assigned to him/her.

    secondly when i create a lead, there are several options to maintain the record but there is no option for adding email id.

    Thirdly it will be great if we can see date-wise leads. For example:

    I had a conversation with the client on 10 Aug. i added the notes there in the notes section.

    Client asked to call me on 14 Aug. Some clients may ask to call on 12 Aug or 16 Aug. When user login to his account, it must show the leads that need to be followed up on 14 Aug only rather than showing leads of all dates. This will save a lot of time by allowing user to follow up on the leads which are due for that particular date.

    Additionally, I am from India and so majority of my clients are also from India.

    There is an option to add address. I can easily choose India as a country in Country tab but when it comes to selecting state option, it shows states of USA only. Can you please fix this.

    Lastly, Can we have an option of adding breadcrumbs of our own choice after creation of lead? Like in my case i need to maintain records of clients who are travelling for holiday or work purposes. We need to mention the destination, travel date and number of persons travelling.

    These are the basic features which I believe don’t require to go pro! I attempted to use this plugin as it is very much basic and is not going to confuse anyone with a ton of features. Otherwise

    bitrix24.com offers above than these basic features at zero cost for lifetime. There are various other features that are required to go pro.
