Blog template completely reset when logged in

This is my first hosted WP blog. I just started this week and have added a few pages and plugins. After some password confusion (tried to reset password and then kept getting mismatch error even though new password appears to be working fine), my blog seems to have been reset to its original state. When logged in as admin, the new pages (and their content) are gone, downloaded plugins are gone, and the arrangements of the widgets on the dashboard is totally reset. When I preview while logged in, it looks the way it did when the blog was brand new (even the header). When I log out and go to Driftwood Montessori, it looks fine. The pages are there, text included, and the subscribe2 plugin is there.

I am totally perplexed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
