    Hello.

    We got problem, that our Popular posts like from 24 hours they didint updateing, they just stuck and didint changing. What could we do to resolve this? we got mention our website.

    Hi @itiketinifaktai,

    If you’re using a caching plugin on your website that might be the reason. Go to Settings > WordPress Popular Posts > Tools and make sure that the “Load popular posts list via AJAX” option is set to Enabled (if it’s not, change it to Enabled and then click on the Apply button below to save changes), then clear your page cache.
