Hello, We are integrated with WooCommerce products. I need a deposit of $250 paid and I need the customer to be able to pay any amount at any time. 1. How do I setup “Partial Payments & Deposits” add-on for the WooCommerce product purchases to have the options shown from this page:?https://sproutinvoices.com/marketplace/invoice-deposits-client-set-amount/?

(Would display like: Deposit Due: $250.00 | Current Balance: = <WooC product cost + $250> | Minimum Due: $250.00 | Other Amount: TBD by customer)

Also, once a customer makes the initial payment, will they get an invoice bi-weekly with the remaining amount (I have Client Summary Frequency set to “Bi-Weekly”)? Will the bi-weekly invoices appear under “Invoices” once they are sent? Or beforehand? Thank you for your help!

Hi?@theraecreative! Thanks a lot for reaching out.

Being that this is a paid feature it goes beyond the scope of this particular support forum. I encourage you to reach out to the Sprout team directly using this link for more assistance.

    Thank you!

Thank you! I reached out to them actually before I messaged you. I still have not received a reply. What can I do? If I do not get this resolved, I need to ask for a refund as it is not working as it should.

    Hi @theraecreative,

It’s possible that the weekend played a part in the delayed support. You should receive contact soon on the matter. If you don’t hear anything within the next 24 hours you can reach back out using this thread for further assistance.

    Thank you.
