[NSFW] Somebody signed into my acoount

I’ve got an email today from WordFence that says: A user with my username who has administrator access signed in to your WordPress site. The problem is, this user is not me.

I am the only one who has the password to my account and I definetly did not signed in that time. Did somebody hack my account? I changed my password immediately but I cannot find a list about the devices which are signed in at this moment. I did not find any difference on my website, so I hope this account breaker did not change anything. What else can I do?
