Upgraded to version 2.3.1 images show up as broken links

Can you try adding the following to your wp-config.php?

define( 'WC_CART_PDF_THUMBNAIL_COMPATIBILITY', true );

I did and it’s not workign is there anyother way please?

@hassamsharik007 Could you try updating to version 2.4.0 and see if it works? If not could you please try adding define( 'WC_CART_PDF_DEBUG', true ); to your wp-config.php (this will output the PDF as html so do not do this on production). Then generate the PDF again to see the HTML output. See if you can find the <img> tag that renders the image and see if there is anything odd about the tag and verify that the <img> src is valid.

Updated it but the problem is still there tried to debug the file and for me I don;t think there is anything odd with <img tag> and the src seems to be valid and tbh I am not a that much of a technical guy myself I am putting the HTML OUTPUT here can you take a look and please help me out:

Please do not post large code or responses like that here, it doesn’t work after ~10 lines or so. That HTML broke your reply here.

If you need share that data please use https://gist.github.com/ or https://pastebin.com/ or the like instead and post the link to that paste.

Feel free to just paste the img tag also, you can remove the domain name from the url.

Also can you let me know if you are using any type of image optimization or webp converter?

and also yes I am using an image optimisation on my site and for the images some are webp and some are jpeg but they are not converted in the website rather converted manually by me before being uploaded to the site

If you look at the URLs in the src and srcset properties, the images are 404 not found. It appears your site is not generating thumbnails properly. Try using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to generate these smaller size thumnbails again and see if that works.
