Hide on Mobile not working

This kind of problem could happen, if you have a too strong CSS code on your website, which enforces every HTML block to be visible. Is your website live? If it is, please send me a link to where this issue happens!

to debug where the issue comes from. In case you see the issue while only Smart Slider is being activated with a default WordPress theme, please send me an export of your slider:
