    Unfortunately, the latest version crashes the design on our site, had to revert to previous version.

    Same problem here. In addition nobody responds anymore for getting support and we do have the paid version. Kindly respond.

    @efinancialmodels we have emailed them twice at this point and still no reply.

    My best guess is that they are being slammed with support requests as this version appears to break many sites. They have usually responded quickly to support requests in the past

    What really worries me is that security issues have been reported in the previous version and that’s the reason this version was released.

    I hope they step up and work things out the right way.

    I’ve also had issues since the last update, and got no response from the Dev regarding the Pro Version. If it helps anyone, we’ve got our KB back by disabling the – “Show adjacent articles” option on the Articles Navigation settings.

    @tukmike thanks a lot for sharing your fix.

    @codesavory thanks for updating. Today’s release fixed our issues and hopefully other’s as well.

    I was also wondering if you were having problems with your mail system, since you were not returning e-mails, and you also had issues getting mail from me a couple of weeks ago. Not responding to support e-mails is absolutely not what I have seen from you in the past. So I’m glad to see it was something that was somehow outside your control and that it is corrected now.

    @eli – Like I mentioned in earlier reply, yes we had problem with emails for about a week. But it is fixed now thankfully.
