Hide out of stock taxonomies for WooCommerce products

If there are products that are created for a category, but those products are out of stock, they still add to the count.

Example A: if you have 2 products in “Clothes”, but 1 is out of stock. It will show Clothes (2) and when the user filters for clothes, they only see 1.

If you have a category “Bowls” with 7 products that are all out of stock, it shows “Bowls (7)”, but shows nothing when you filter.

The count should only display the number of in stock variants
