Homepage Popup Issue

Hello!

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me with my issue. I am working on a friend’s website and am trying to help him out.

I tried to remove the homepage popup, in this example: CURRENT POPUP EXAMPLE, and replace it with another popup (using the POPUP MAKER plugin) in this example: REPLACEMENT POPUP EXAMPLE 2, but was unable to do so.

This is a LIST of the active plugins on the site.

I am not an expert in the Divi builder, so the dashboard and builder are a tad confusing. I believe the popup on the homepage is part of this DIVI LIBRARY and was added as a LAYOUT type. When you edit the layout, the dashboard looks like THIS. I tried deleting this by trashing it but the result did not remove the popup. As seen HERE.

Since the current popup is only on the homepage, I looked at the homepage DIVI VISUAL BUILDER. I cannot find the row or section that is initiating the popup. I don’t know if this popup is separate from the rest of the site but I did notice that the site will not load unless you close the popup first. Also, when you try to type in the popup fields, the site refreshes every time.
