Did not know to ask here or software license manager… Sorry if I chose the wrong path.

When using WP Express Checkout and checking the Software License Manger / Create License, does this option automatically set the license “active” after transaction is complete?

Having some strange issues and narrowing them down ??

Hi, the license should be set to active once the transaction is complete. The following documentation also has more information regarding the integration process.

Can you provide the issues you are experiencing?

    Thank you.

    Thank you for reply.

I have read all the available docs and did not find answer if set to active. Would assume set to active, but “assuming” gets me in trouble, lol.

When I say strange issues, I am talking about custom PHP script I am working on. It interacts with the license plugin after transaction, so these issues are within my code. Now I at least know it is entirely on my end.

I asked on the license manager plugin support thread about some codes, so think that is my issue, will find another route since no reply there.

Thanks again and will close this.
