Malware Warning

Hi, a client website that is utilizing Raffle Play was sent a notice by their hosting provider stating that their site is at risk of being suspended. They are at risk of being suspended because the plugin was found to contain malware which violates the hosting providers terms of service. What can we do with Raffle Play to remove the malware and prevent our client from being suspended? Thanks.
