Syncing issues: PRO Plugin

I am a PRO subscriber, but the priority support form on our website isn’t working (I’m getting a runtime error) and no one will respond to my emails. So I guess I’ll try here and hope for the best!
Like I said, I have the PRO version of the app installed, and I have a youtube gallery embedded. The latest videos are not populating the gallery as they come out, though. Can you please advise how I can keep the gallery up-to-date?
