short description on hover

    HI,

    For each product image in the product catalogue I’d like to display the product title and short description on hover on top of the image including some overlay. Have not been able to achieve that with free plugins.

    Is there css or php I can add to child theme files?

    something like I have on the theme’s image gallery:

    Feel free to check out the WooCommerce Quick View plugin, directly linked here.

    From what I gather, it is what you are looking for, as it will show a quick-view button to view product details (like title & short description), and add to cart button, via a lightbox popup.
