Text block missing from post visual editor

Hi, I updated my WP to 6.3, and since then, when trying to add a new post, there is no field to add text to my post, i.e. header and paragraph text. I can’t even add blocks to the visual editor.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution to the issue? Thank you.
