@joostvandevijver This is an issue with the plugin because once we switched plugins, the header overflow issue goes away. If you read the GitHub messages carefully, people are complaining about this header overflow errror but all your team did was simply to close the ticket.

By the way, I did reach out to Automattic and one of the support engineers could also reproduce the same issue (header overflow and cannot log in using PayPal express). I believe a ticket has already been created for that.

Please fix this plugin instead of blaming the issue on PayPal. It’s already very frustrating to work with a developer that thinks his plugin has no errors when it has been reported on GitHub and here by other people as well

I am not talking about last week. The issue is also occurring this week

    Hello @forwarddigital

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

Yesterday, one of my team members was in contact with PayPal, and they confirmed to us that this is an ongoing issue which they are working on. This issue is not caused by our plugin, so there is not much we can do.

We have asked PayPal if there are any resources available we could point affected users to, but haven’t heard back yet on this question.

I will leave this thread open for now, but there will not be anything our team can do about this issue and will only be able to forward the details we are provided by PayPal on this thread.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello @forwarddigital

PayPal informed us 7 hours ago that they rolled out a potential fix for the Header Overflow issue. Could you please let us know if you see the issue fixed, or if you are still encountering this issue?

    Thank you.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
