Slider not centered and not “sliding”

The section for the review widget seems to be full page width, but I cannot get the reviews to center on the page. I’m building with Kadence and have centered the section, but the content inside the section is left-justified. In addition, when the page loads there are right and left arrows to get to additional reviews, but after a second those go away, and only 3 reviews show, with no ability to slide through them (or automatic sliding).

If you use any filters e.g.: show only 4-5 star reviews or hide reviews without text, then less then 10 reviews will be available.
At the moment we have only 3 reviews we can work with.

Trustindex@liditrudex thank you for this reply. There are dozens and dozens of 4-5 star reviews with text available for this business, so why would the results be limited to 3? Is this a limitation of the free version of the plugin?
Also, as you can see in the screenshots, I have set the formatting for the shortcode block section to be centered, and I just set the alignment to be center in the trustindex setup, but the reviews are still coming through left-aligned.
