    I paid for the pro version. I received the download. I uploaded it to my WP. I did follow the instructions of clicking on the Deactivate then clicking on Activate. I followed all instructions. I get an error that the file can’t be imported. I need you to do it for me. So I submitted another two emails through your website. It has been 4-5 days. No answer.
